HOW TO START A RETURN:
- Log in to your account at returns.rokfit.com:
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Open the email from RokFit, copy the six-digit verification code, and return to the online store.
- Enter the verification code to log in.
- Select the order you want to return:
- If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and, if necessary, add a note for our team.
- Click Request Return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (for domestic orders only).
Once your product is returned and processed, you will receive a refund for the product cost (original shipping costs are non-refundable) or an exchange confirmation (if applicable).

Important: All returns must be authorized by filling out the return form at returns.rokfit.com and must meet the requirements outlined below.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Please specify the reason for the return.
- For defective items, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange. Failure to notify us promptly will result in denial of the request.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Domestic Orders: RokFit offers free return shipping for approved returns (excludes clearance and final sale items).
- International Orders: Returns only — no exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for both domestic and international orders.
TIMEFRAME
- Domestic Orders: Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.
- International Orders: Return authorizations must be requested within 2 months of the original order date.
RETURN PROCESS
- Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible.
- Use the pre-paid shipping label (domestic orders only) or your chosen delivery service for international returns. For international orders, please insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. RokFit is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
All sales on clearance and final sale items are final. These items cannot be returned or refunded.
EXCHANGES
- Domestic Orders Only: We exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or did not fit. To exchange an item, visit returns.rokfit.com to start your exchange request.
- International Orders: Exchanges are not available.
Shipping Policy
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt, provided they are approved to ship.
- Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (or during severe weather conditions).
- Standard domestic shipping lead time is 2–7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail:
- Lead time is generally 2–5 business days.
- USPS does not guarantee delivery timelines for Priority Mail (1, 2, or 3-day services). While most packages arrive on time, delays of a day or two may occur.
FREE SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping on domestic orders with a subtotal of $75 or more.
- Free shipping uses a standard 5–7 business day shipping option.
- If you need your package sooner, select a paid shipping option that better fits your timeline.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
- Once a package is confirmed as delivered via tracking, it is considered complete. RokFit, Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Ensure you have a secure location for package deliveries.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier with your tracking number to file a claim or resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Delivery time for international orders averages 6–10 business days but can take longer (up to 1–2 months for USPS First-Class International).
- USPS First-Class International: While affordable, this service can experience rare but significant delays. For faster and more reliable delivery, select USPS Priority, DHL, or UPS.
Customs and Import Duties:
- Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or other import fees. Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their country or the shipping carrier.
- Customs, duties, and local taxes are assessed upon the package's arrival in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- RokFit does not lower the declared value of goods for customs purposes.
Rejected or Undeliverable Shipments:
- If your shipment is rejected by customs or deemed undeliverable, we will refund the value of the items once they are returned to us in resellable condition.
- You will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your refund.
- If the issue is due to a shipping carrier error, please contact the carrier directly to address the fees or file a claim.
